The Terms & Conditions of Cylinder Hire & Balloon Sale.

• The quoted price for gas cylinders is for a maximum of 14 days hire of the cylinder and its regulator.
• Further hire is available, at a charge of £5 per week on a two week rota. The minimum extra rental charge is therefore £10.
• We will provide FREE delivery and collection provided you give us two weeks notice or we can fit the delivery into our existing schedule.
• If an emergency delivery is required or we cannot deliver within our existing schedule, a delivery charge of £10 will be applied.
• All prices include VAT.
• The balloon gas cylinder will have been shown to you as being full (minimum pressure 200 Bar) at the time of delivery. DO NOT sign its acceptance until you are satisfied it is full.
• Please observe the filling guidelines on the back of your invoice and in this website. It is import that you are aware of the impact of overfilling balloons.
• Any damage or loss to the cylinder or regulator will result in a maximum amount of £100 being charged to your card or deducted from your deposit. Acceptance of delivery constitutes your acceptance of this condition and an authority to charge your card.
• By prior agreement, we will arrange to deliver the cylinder when the cardholder is not present to sign acceptance of delivery. In such circumstances, the cardholder will have agreed to these conditions by telephone or email. However, a further 48 hours from delivery will be allowed for the cardholder to notify the Comapny, of any disputes arising from these conditions.
